If you require an urgent delivery, either the same day or within 2 – 3 hours, please phone us on (08) 9330 1807 or email us at info@jaysbus.com.au and we will arrange delivery to suit your needs.
*Delivery is FREE, unless in the case of an immediate delivery, an urgent direct courier is used. Our minimum order for FREE delivery is $50.00 excluding GST and we do not charge an insurance fee on your invoice. In the case of an immediate delivery, we only charge our customers what we have been charged by the courier. A delivery charge may be applicable in some areas, so please enquire with us upon ordering for further details.
Occasionally delays do occur. These can be either courier delays or out of stock situations with Suppliers. We will endeavour to keep you informed when these delays occur.
If orders are delivered listing backorders for products that are urgent, please call us immediately. Often the backorder will follow within 24 to 48 hours, however often a substitute product will be available if the product is required earlier.
